I know its been thrown about the internet, even myself ex forces cannot come to any black humour to the death/ hanging of Saddam Hussain, I find it ever so wrong what they have done to him

Saddam Hussain whatever you say kept the masses in order, the residents of Iraq knew if they stepped over that line a ton of bricks came down on then

My dad served in the british army in Iraq in ww2, he told us when we was kids, it was a sh^t hole, it still is, but at least Sadamm kept control when he was in power

as a christian I prayed for Sadamm on the eve, no matter what he did, the British and the Americans are no better
the whole thing stinks

sorry Stinky Pete but Saddam's regime dropped chemical bombs on Halabja in Northern Iraq in 1988 klling more than 5000 thousands civilians the pics of the kids makes me mad and when you say that he "kept the masses in order" you feel this is the right way to go about it?
cant work out how you feel sorry for him what about the thousands he killed do you feel sorry for them?

hope he rots in hell for what he has done.

I just wonder what they think they've achieved by hanging him?

I wonder why they thought taking pictures and videos would be a good idea.

he did the crime so he paid the price and its that simple just rem that thousands died on the say so of saddam and most died due to that fact that they did not have the same views as him.

He did the crime so lets do a kangaroo court and hang him?

The guy will now be a martyr, they even hanged him on one of the Muslim holy days, lets face facts here, its not exactly tactful.

what about this poor soul with his child??
what do you think he and the thousands of others that saddam killed in cold blood say??

Why saddam was the right man to run Iraq.
Chipper, I would have to write a 5 page essay to get my point accross. When you look at the level of violence in Iraq it terriable, muslim killing muslim. When saddam was in power the country was alot more stable, there was running water and electric, he ruled with an iron fist because he had to. I am not saying that he was not a bad man, but the saying "the lesser of 2 evil's" applies here.
The people of Iraq have a chance of freedom and democracy and are screwing it up.

we should of carried on into baghdad in 1991 and to hell with the consequences,
i was there and dealt with and spoke with the iraqies and knowing what he did and what he would still of being doing was wrong and we were pulled out because of the un and the agreement with saudi arabia.

just think if we'd carried on how much could of been prevented.
but whats going on now with the guerilla war would of still happened.

did you know that an invading army as never overcome guerilla warfare
on invaded territory...!
what i mean by that statement is that guerilla warfare as never been beaten ie stubbed out, it carries on down the generations, somepeople would call it terrorism after a period of time.
