Edders, How the hell are your fares deregulated,
If the council licence you they must issue the tariff sheet with the councils tariff, and all meters must be set to that, then drivers are free to charge anything less than the councils maximum
If the council dont do this they are breaking the law


Maybe you should ask South Kesteven Council Skippy.
