Ok for a hotel to refuse but not a restaurant or a cab for that matter?


I think it should be up to the business's owner who they want to do business with regardless of what line of business you are in...and a Contract to rent a room for a night should be no more forced on the hotelier than it would be for a British Miltary rifle maker to be forced to sell a weapon to a fundamentalist...

The Seller should have as much say in any transaction as the purchaser and any deal done through a mutual consent....and not just because the buyer thinks they have a god given right to have whatever they want...
