no i havent but i have read all of his posts - finger crossed i have a bit more luck than he has, though it appears the business he took over is a different kind of operations to the one i have got ( Taxi, compared with PH / Minibus).

Gotta take the chances when you have them though :?

Always make sure you have a back door in case you have to get out... and if it feels wrong.. it is wrong... and that's the time to go.. maybe a limited company....
But anyway... I hope it works out for you and remember..... let your eyes be the judge and the money the last thing to leave your hand....
