You couldnt realistically expect students hang around for twenty minutes, the whole idea is that you should be able to suit the councils timings and not them yours.

The new contract that I have started this week is a SEND contract. Yesterday afternoon I arrived at 15.00 for a 15.20 pick up and i got the student on board at 15.40 and there were still at least 15 more taxis behind me so 20 minutes wait for these students seems quite acceptable.

What on earth happens at schools in your Parish, I do SAN contracts, Big School, Acres of Parking, No queues arrive early and leave about 5 minutes after the Bell goes.
