getting my 27 year old boiler serviced and finding out it's good for another 2 or 3 years and then 22.30 that night water coming through the ceiling from the main header tank (only 10 years old) !

so in the space of half a day thinking I can afford another cruise to oh there goes my holiday money


and whilst trying to access the loft late at night to see if I could work out what's going on the ladder went from under me and I fell out of the loft !

luckily only some heavy grazing and a few big bruises

need two new ballcocks for the tanks and overflow pipe had come off so minimal hot water till tuesday
