my energy supplier using estimated readings for gas when I'm on a smart meter and my gas was about 50% higher useage than this month last year

wouldn't have anything to do with the drop in the price cap now would it ! :-k

Considering legal action against my last school and careers office for not explaining how good jobs at the council with pensions/coffee machines/free parking/good pay were an option to going down the pit/crawling up coal faces/black+blue bruises and coughing up black snot

So I found a video on youtube on how to read the meter and the reading came up not ebven in the ball park so looks like my meter may have been reset at some point and the readings are obtained by adding it to an old reading so none the wiser

So I phoned OVO up and spent 10 minutes on the phone asking for an explanatiopn as to why an estimated reading was used when I have a smart meter well...

... They have to estimate the reading instead of using the actual meter reading which she was able to quote to me on the phone because the prices are changing and they don't know what the new prices are

alright the actual reading was only 1m3 differant than the estimate but I can't believe OVO expect customers to fall for that load of B.S.

I think it is about time I switched

Customers who say they have four large suitcases but neglect to mention the two smaller ones. ](*,)

Still at least those small suitcases weren't sitting on my lap on the way to Heathrow.
