Who in their right mind from Coke came up with that stupid little nugget? #-o

Seems it's an EU environmental thing - who'd have guessed?

But as this short Spectator piece makes clear, it's not because we're in the EU (well, duh), but because the manufacturers will find it easier just to make the same product for all markets they sell in:

The EU has ruined plastic water bottles

all my plastic goes in my council recycling bin so if it gets into any ocean its my council at fault not me

It really annoys me this "we're trying to prevent it getting into the ocean" nonsence.

We don't throw our plastic into the oceans it got there because years ago cities like New york used to put all their rubbish in barges and dump it out at sea a practice which still goes on today in coutries like china.

it isn't careless consumers it's cities and countries trying to dispose of their waste on the cheap.

In the UK the majority is incinerated and pumped into the atmosphere not the oceans

Carol "plastic baloons" Vorderman ! Just watched an episode of HIGNFY in which she spent the show giggling and parading her cleavage without any real contribution.

Surely for the 600th show they could have come up with better.

London's 20mph craziness.

How on earth the taxi/PH trade in London keep their licenses heaven only knows.

There must be 1000s of 20mph cameras.
