BTW Geoff, I've deleted assertion about corrupt practices on another thread.

I would be bothered about your allegations about me accepting bribes, but why would you want to bribe me, unless of course you know nothing about me and are just on to guess number 10 or so. But at least we now know that you would make bribes.

Dusty :)

It was a bit of fun dusty as well you know, a laugh, a joke but realy I should not for when you are unmasked the boss would be furious wouldnt he?
now calm down the point I was making is you should not keep asking personal questions if you arnt going to reveal some about yourself.

that dusty is double standards.

no I dont hate you I love you, but I would love to know why you hate London Taxi drivers and thought it may be because you worked with them all day!

and that is totaly unfair, youve rubbed a posting so no one can see what was actualy written, then added some spin, then added an unfair acusation about a criminal offence that has not taken place!

disgraceful!

And I thought it was me as well, in my previous life.

Weren't we all the same people according to Wharfie.

ah ah ah so you was DLT? MASQUARADING EH?

This was the thought process, Andy used his own as the intelectual, used Dusty to illicict information and ask questions, then used Dlt to act the idiot
I think I was right on the first 2 but now I believe I could be mistaken on the third.

Its disapointing to see this kind of argument spilling onto at least the 6th site.

Its disapointing to see that people just don't accept the fact that sites are set up with a criteria outlined by the people willing to take the time and effort to do so.

Maybe people now understand why the rules on T&PH are as they are.

Yes I agree Maurice, I meant washing the linen in public, not showing people the actual stains!!

But I think it's good that they can address shortcomings on a public basis, it's a pity government and commerce wasn't like that, instead of endless marketing and spin.

But I agree with you about naming drivers.

Let's rewind a bit Geoff, I said to Maurice, in the context of closed and open lists, that I admired how Call Sign wasn't afraid to air their shortcomings in public.

I then wondered which circuit Maurice was with, because I knew he'd disclosed this in the past.

Also, there's a certain double standard with some in the London trade tarring all minicab drivers with the same brush when some of the black cabbies started as minicab drivers. Thus I enquired, in a tongue-in-cheek manner, as to whether Maurice had taken that route.

Maurice didn't have to answer, but he did, if he'd said that he didn't want to reveal his past then that was up to him, but he didn't.

I've revealed quite a lot about myself in the past, but not my identity, Maurice chose to reveal his, and that's his choice.

I said yonks ago that I had a background in accountancy, which is as much detail as Maurice revealed about his background above, so surely we're both happy??

As I've said, I've been a taxi driver about half a dozen years, first as a jockey, then my own car, as I've told you in the past.

Considering the size of London, that's narrows me down as much as Maurice's revelations have narrowed him down, he has revealed his name, and that is his choice.

I want people to be able to air their views, not worry about who is looking over there shoulder, so that's why if people choose to remain anon then they can, and they don't even have to register.

Anyone can reveal as much or as little about themselves as they want, if anyone opens their mouth and reveals something about you, Maurice or anyone else that you don't want made public then just say and it will be deleted ASAP.

I love you too Geoff(!) Who says I hate London drivers, I haven't even been near one since I moved out of London over a decade ago?

The only one I 'know' is Maurice, and I know you as well as him!

That was the idea Geoff!

You don't want a lawyer's letter and neither do we!

I haven't got a clue, but I warned you what this was like when I challenged you to do it, give it a few months until you have over 250 members and then I'm sure you will join me in saying
GOD HELP THEM

Perhaps it's all of them, or maybe the odd two or three. :D

Or perhaps it's just the bottom one. :(
