a first for the season we scored in the 4th minute away at Bromsgrove and held on for the win no late goals conceded ! So despite having lost so many games this season (especially at home) we are in 6th place only 5 points behind the leaders  which if we hadn't missed the two penalties in consecutive home games might have left us level with the leaders

Despite the dissapointment of Wigan Pier (which hasn't existed for over a hundred years I believe) Jimbo should be happy with the point salvaged. I doubt CC will be cheerful tonight though !

I didn’t believe the golden rivet existed until an old salt on the Eagle showed me it…

Forest 7-0 Brighton

Couple of dwarfs on here, one happy, one grumpy?

I absolutely love my club for a number of reasons I won't bore anyone about.

But getting beat 7-0 changes nothing.

We were, a few years back, 20 minutes from going out of the league. Now we are in a fantastic stadium, we have a state-of-the-art training center, a billionaire owner who has been a fan all his life, and a team (despite yesterday's debarcel) of outstanding kids that will go far.

In short, the future for B&HA is far far better than its past.

So well done Forest, they are having a brilliant season, but defo no tears from me.

Isn't it just wonderful when a team, consisting of players you have sold them for over £200,000,000, gets knocked out of the cup by the next crop of £200,000,000 players? :D

I struggle to think of a more odious club and set of fans than them. Image

it's not just M23 theres the M25 also

that aside this draw has been very kind to premier league clubs with Newcastle Brighton the only highly competitive tie

Villa, forest, man City and Bournemouth should all cruise through mediocre united should lose at home to fulham anf the eagles should pick off the Lions if the fans can avoid a mass ruck

Image (emoticon) not working  but we get the gist you beat chelsea and brentford beat Potters current club !

as for my lot well just 1 point to show for the last 2 matches against mid table opposition so after getting back into the running for a playoff spot we are well and truly out of it now !

Mixed fortunes for the rest of the football supporters on here also

I said before a ball was kicked this season that the three clubs that came up would go down.

They are all utter sh**, and the gap between the two top leagues is almost unsurmountable.

to be fair to Leicester their predicament is more to do with bad board descisions I'm certain if they'd stuck by cooper their team would have improved

and if your theory is correct what happened season 2022/23 then ?

They all count.

Slightly impressed with Bournemouth last night, I would have accepted a draw but was delighted with the win.

The sad thing for Bournemouth though is that their team will get ripped to buggery in the summer transfer window.

that depends on the chairman and whether he's willing to sell or wants to consolidate. That's assuming of course the players aren't tempted away by the big wealthy clubs
