Yes, I rolled into a car at a junction a few years ago I wasn't in gear so you can imagine how fast I was going, there wasn't any damage to any of the cars, the woman in the front car phoned the ambulance, they turned up along with the Police, the Police told her to stop messing about and get out of the car which she did, 1 week later I got a letter from her insurance company stating that she was going for whiplash injuries.

She got over £2,000 according to the insurance company.

Ive just tapped* a car up the rear, driver (50+ woman) and passenger (20 something gobby cow) both jumped out to "attack" me, then backed off, and then drove a mile to a safe stopping place to exchange details, both again got out and walked to me, no police/no amubulance but i bet they "win the lottery" for it, oh, and the old looking cracked number plate.....

they were fitter than me AFTER the bump

que sera sera....as they say

* the wind blew me forward officer

somebody hit me a few months ago, gouging my rear bumper corner, i won that but forgot the whiplash...

Wait for the letter dropping through the door telling you that they are making a claim for whiplash injuries.

If there is no damage or witnesses why don't you deny it happened or claim they rolled back into you.

i like your thinking.....

we had to clear the roundabaout, drive over the next one and stop, she was dropping someone off for scouts/guides and the passenger got out and ran to the place....obviously a major injury

with my luck the cars a write off and the 70 year old driver will never work again...

it usually boild down to what "good advice" they get

a mate sat with wife and kids in his ford galaxy opposite a garage, a trucker got out of a tipper and didnt put the handbrake on, it rolled across the forecourt and road and hit his car...

result? just the bit of paint on the galaxy, no hurt/scare/injury possible
