Leics County Council.... New "Framework tender" Quote: You must tender to be on the framework, and then you will be emailed indvidual tenders (or "mini-competitions" as they are also known) as many of you already do

We're getting this as well. Just found out that they want 'door-to-door' public liability cover, not just in the vehicle. That adds £4,000pa to our costs!!!! |

I think they have one contractor doing the lot. Ours appears to be In-tend or something similar. |
