Yes I am back. I have been to Spain for a couple of weeks of winter sun. Unfortunatly we only got a couple of days sun. The rest of the time it was cloudy. We did wake up to rain this morning but it had stopped by midday.

I don't smoke, and I wouldn't buy them for anyone else because I don't want to encourage others to smoke either.
It was great to be able to sit in the bars without people smoking all around. Smoking in public places was banned in Spain on January 2nd this year. :mrgreen:

They are closing already, but not because of the smoking ban. There are a lot of people trying to sell up and move back to where they came from.
Anyone looking to buy a place in Spain should start looking now. Prices are very low at the moment and the banks are overrun with repossesions. You can now rent a place on the Costa Blanca for as little as €200 per month for 2 years while you decide if you want to buy it.
