At some point in the past there was a Judge that said there was no need to P/Hire offices in a towm center, does any one know anything about it. I have been told it was in taxi talk one time, any one know please.

If one said it I suspect it was in relation to the case in hand, not a general rule.

yes you could be right some one said it. we will nevr know if some one cant remember it, sone one will its whether they will tell me.

If they don't remember where they saw it then they don't know and if they don't know they can't tell you, that's a bit different than implying they know but won't tell you. Anyway it wasn't me I don't remember ever reading it so I can't tell you. Good luck all the same :D
