If you buy a new to you vehicle for taxi or PH work and it passes all the tests required, to go on, does your council also insist on a police vehicle check , similar, to a ANPR. or what ever its called.
Ours does

Basically the council check with the police to make sure the vehicle isn't stolen, now considering most buy from main dealers , is this possible
