Does anybody know if thre are any changes to seat belt regs for taxis?
I did hear mentioned that the laws for delivery drivers are being changed by the E.U.. Also how do we cope with the changes in the law for child and booster seats?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Just a couple of questions :
1. Does "Taxi" also include Private Hire?
2. Is the driver still excempt when carrying a fare paying passenger?

1. NO,NO,NO!!!!!

2.Yes. Ignore Sussex. He does not understand the difference between a Taxi, and a Private Hire.
