90% of the over 70s have been done, can't see the over 60s having to wait four weeks.

Especially as in the last four weeks over 11,000,000 have been done.

Without a doubt the current vaccination program we have in the UK is going to sort this mess in the long term.

However the work that is being generated for the trade is defo helping in the short term. \:D/

Scots and Northumberland tend to use the term "Jag" instead of "Jab" for a vaccination by syringe.

our local surgery did a much better job when they organised the flu jabs. They did more people in 1 day than the local vaccination centre is mananging in a week !

Early days large numbers attending now hardly anyone because they have limited supplies and aren't calling many in. If you lived up here Tel you would probably not have had your jab yet . They finally started on one of the local care homes this week 10 days after announcing they had all been done !

I was collecting Dinky Diecasts for a while, like any collector it was getting out of hand so I ended up selling the lot at auction, might start another collection seeing as I already have a Jag.

We are way ahead of you here then. We are on to the 65-69 age group now.

It’s a shame on you that you criticise the operation of vaccination centres. Mine was organised by the local group of surgeries. Because of the need for social distancing a limited number of patients are allowed at any one time. Also you are asked to wait in an area of seating spaced two metres apart for fifteen minutes after having been vaccinated to ensure there is no reaction to the administered vaccine. Not that there is one. You are comparing apples with oranges to compare this to the flu vaccination programme. The nhs staff and the volunteers are doing a fantastic job under very difficult circumstances. Shame on you.

BTW, have you had your pangolin flu jab yet? Rhymes with Anchor.

The point I was making Jimbo was that ours are using surgery premises BUT the surgery is not directly involved if they had of been we would be much further along.

And no I have not had my Jab I am expecting to be called in late April May when they start on the 55 plus age group with vulnerabilities

From next week they are doing the second doses of all those who have had one before they start on any more first doses

So your area is the only one going against what the NHS are telling everyone to do.
