I think I got done for speeding yesterday (40 mph in 30 mph zone) You all now the scene Sunday morning semi-industrial area copper on his bike pointing his camera straight at yours truly.

Anyway, first time in 15 years driving that ive been done so what happens next do i get a fine thru post or will i have to go to court ??

Been told its £60 and 3 points is this right ???

And I was always one of them drivers who always said he would never get caught

I know it is worrying but until you get the ticket in the post you won't know for sure if you are or aren't being prosecuted. Many have been in a similar situation and nothing has come of it, with a little luck you might be one of those lucky ones.
