I suspect the Wolverhampton knowledge test consists of a test on how to turn on and follow a sat nav.

Followed by a lesson on how to pay for a license.

Well, its true there is no routing test, but let's be fair, who doesn't use Google maps these days but the Wolverhampton PH badge process is a 6 hour assessment and training course, it will be my 4th different area badge and so far the most involved
