Wolverhampton plated cars everywhere...

Did my WV badge course yesterday and asked how a Manchester firm gets a WV PH ops licence, he says "they have an office within our area..."

It seems a local firm has an office full of rented out computers and phone diverters which comply as "office within LA"

1 question stumped me

Aa 15 year old child gets in your car with a parent, who is responsible for the child wearing a seatbelt...."

There is an argument to be made that all three are.

But I'm quite sure legally it's down to the 15-year-old.

That said how is the driver meant to know the age of the passenger, and if asked how much weight does the driver give to the answer?

None of them.....at 15 they'll likely be hairier than a Tasmanian Devil and are legally old enough to be responsible for their own seat belt use.
