| Post subject: | which LA have small red ph plates ? |
Got stuck behind an annoyingly slow PH car today (speed limit -10) The plate was quite small and fitted to the bumper with a 5 digit number and was completely red including the logo except the number in black. I had a look online but couldn't work out which LA does anybody know ? |

Care of AI. Several UK local authorities use red plates for private hire vehicles (PHVs), including Torbay Council, Guildford Borough Council, Elmbridge Borough Council, and Waverley Borough Council |

Is Rochdale making a bid to become another Wolverhampton ? |
