 Post subject: PCO Application Pack

Can Some help i requested a application pack by phone then after 2weeks by email its over a month now nothing in the post
How long do they take?

as a matter of interest [High Wycombe] in the late 70's i used to work for a lift truck firm called L Lipton Forktrucks, who also used the old forge in High Wycombe to produce the Lipton lp gas system, went down once for a days course at the place, is this place still in existance, I know the lift truck firm went bust, but the lp gas was seperate
