CAN THE Tele ask Dundee City Council to explain the astronomical rise (last year £75, this year £125) in the fee to apply for a taxi badge. The test is exactly the same. — Broughty Cabbie.

the fee is same for both hacks and ph in dundee so we are both getting stung

In most area's the inspectors are x police, jobs for the boys, none of us would have a cat in hells chance of getting the job :shock: :shock:
and depending on the area the wage is about £18000 for a 3 day week and you only have to work 2 hours on those days
