Why do male PHV drivers seem to have one badly fitted headlight bulb that shines up to the sky,and do they not know that its illegal to park facing oncoming traffic with headlights on? and is so difficult to earn a living that they have to drive like lunatics ignoring speed limits and everyone else on the road, makes me sick

Well as a 100% male, and a 100% PH driver it isn't all us.

But the reason they, and anyone else, gets away with this is because there is no enforcement. :sad:
