I suppose the best course in York is Fulford. In fact Fulford is probably the best course in Yorkshire. Then again I am not a golfer so I stand to be shot down.

You are correct JD, even as a non golfer you will know that a certain Mr Langer climbed a tree and took a shot at Fulford.

I played there once but it was rather snooty.

Well the only time I played golf I went round in 56. At the time someone said that was a course record but i'm used to setting records, so I wasn't too perplexed

Can I have my case law back now pleeze? Assuming you have finished with it?

If you went round a 18 hole course in 56, you have missed your vocation as you could have earned millions, although i suspect you still have time on the seniors tour :D

Your case law?

I never mentioned the number of holes but I believe it was nine, I take it you are impressed?

Yes my case law that which Mr Jones stole from TDO.

Would you like me to remind you of which case law I’m referring? I might not have minded if you guys over there had asked or credited TDO with an acknowledgement of where it came from, as we would have done the same if the roles were reversed, but the fact is you didn't.

I know exactly what case law you put on there yourself and I'm not referring to that, I'm referring to the content that cannot be found on the Internet which was stolen from TDO and which miraculously turned up on Andy Peters website, put there by Mr T. We all no how this works so it’s not such a big deal to ask before you steal?

Otherwise that site might end up with a reputation of not only being liars but also thieves.

Not really impressed about the golf I'm afraid.....my first 9 was done in 1 over par....the back nine was a disaster though

for the caselaw, i'd need a list; although I do have my own sources.

9 holes and you hit the ball 56 times.

Bearing in mind that most 9 hole courses are par 3 your 56 would have been as annoying to the people behind you as your posts and opinions are to some on here.

I can see you know as much about golf as you do about the taxi trade? Now why doesn't that surprise me?

Rather a silly statement to make about nine hole golf courses but we are of course accustomed to these ill thought out and somewhat bizarre remarks. lol

Perhaps you might be impressed with my eight birdies in the first 8 holes? lol My last hole was disastrous.

Would that instil confidence in my Golf prowess?
