I have read todays press in which the Selby licensing officer says de regulation is the way forward for York as it has been in Selby, my mate who left York and got a free plate in Selby has only lasted two weeks and has handed it back as he could not make a living and is now back in york looking for a drive, I have put a word in for him with our PHV firm, we don not want de reg either.
