I'm suggesting that drivers do what they think is best for them. If they wish to be taken over without any benefit for them, then so be it. But I much prefer the option that the boys and girls that are at the dirty end, benefit as well.

As for signing a contract, well if the owners of the firm I work with offered me an incentive to sign a contract, saying that I will stay with them for a certain period, then if that incentive was good enough, I would sign it.

If not, then I wouldn't. Freedom of choice are the words, I believe.
