I have just renewed my public and employers liability insurance. The rep told me that they have never had a claim on this type of insurance and that it is money for old rope. |

I Have no employees either and no Office, as far as I Know my Insurance comes in the form of the Vehicle Insurance which covers Third party property and people as well Passengers and their Property to up £20,000,000. how much more Insurance would I need than that?? |

There are some things that are not covered with your car insurance. For instance if someone is getting out of your car and they catch their clothes on a loose piece of trim. This is where public liability insurance comes in. Ok snaging their clothes does not seem a big problem but if say they catck their leg and cut it and the cut gets infected..............well you know the rest. |
