Post subject:  who are they

I have been to Stanstead a few times lately and noticed on the M11 quite a few people carriers with no plate or window stickers BUT a square sticker on the back window which looks like the underground logo but says Prebooked only
Private Hire

so are these licensed or just stickers to make them feel they are legal????
every driver had a wounderfull tan...

I think they are airport cars from the Airport, I've seen them a few times when I've been down there.

That's a London Minicab.

The stickers (snigger  ) have to be displayed for stopping on red routes, needless to say they were not well received by some company drivers as now their neighbours knew that nice Merc on the drive was'nt theirs, but instead it was a Minicab.
