Thank god for that ........................ I would hate to suggest that this site were guilty of trying to silence people who offered a different viewpoint .................. even if in a very different manner.

I mean, how much longer would I last.

B. Lucky :D

Would I be right in saying the population of Gateshead was about 191,000?

Regards

JD

Your point is .........................

B. Lucky :D

Considering you are from Gateshead I'm asking you if the population of Gateshead is about 191,000. If you find the question difficult, just say so.

It shouldn't t be too difficult for a person of your intellect?

Regards

JD

The question is not difficult JD ............... and although I haven't had time to provide an exact figure, I believe the population of Gateshead to indeed be around the 191,000 mark.

Dunno how a person of your intelect would have needed the answer from a thick geordie like me though.

But if it makes you happy.

Dear Brothers and Sisters and Brighton, joking aside, the GMB branch secretary, Terry Flannigan, still appears to be banned from this site. Despite protestation to the contrary it would appear that he still cannot access to the forum. Mark my words Sussex, alias Seagull, having the GMB sort out your industrial problems and then doing this will be seen by everyone else on this site, even those who dislike Terry and do not like his political views as either

a) the petulance of a highly strung and irrational Brighton boy.

or

b) a deliberate attempt to silence industrial and political views that you cannot cope with.

The truth may hurt but it will always win through in the end MARK my words.

I was under the impression that JD told us Terry wasnt banned?

Perhaps a statement would suffice.....or is that being a tad melodramatic?

Mr Flanagan is not banned from this site, if he can't access the site at this particular time then there is obviously a reason for it but I can assure you he is not permanently banned.

It might be wise to hold your counsel for a few days untill such matters are resolved considering I have given you my word that he is not permanently banned.

JD

All I know is that he is not banned. If he can't access the site then there is obviously a reason. It may be there is a technical hitch somewhere but no matter who it is or what the problem is, it cannot be resolved for a few days.

I wonder if this will be dismissed as a conspirancy ................... so that certain questions do not need to be answered.

Many have said the same mind ................. and many have suffered the same fate.

I'll have to give Wolfie a bell.
