you need to either upload a pic to your own free web space or know the full link to one on another web page.
for example i have a few pics on my free web space. if i type the web address for in the URL tabs you would see a link to the picture, like this picture of my companies logo:
http://www.geocities.com/steveo_uk2003/tflogo.gif
if you click the link it will take you to my free web space and a picture of the logo.
if i type the exact same web link again but this time use the IMG tabs the same pictute will appear here on the screen. like this:
this time the picture is shown here. you can get free web space from geocities (yahoo), AOL, and loads of others or you can join an image holder website. you can then either upload your own pics to that space or rip other pictures off websites, you do this by right clicking a picture you see on the screen ans selecting save as... this then downloads the file to your PC where you can use it your self or upload the same pic to your own web space.
you can also directly link right to the original web page but sometimes the owner may change the link and you lose the picture.
