As both the Scottish and English acts state, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit must be in the vehicle.
What is the point of having these, when the fire brigade state in case of fire get everyone out and leave the vehicle and call 999
The first aid kit why have one, if you treat someone with it and it goes tits up you could be sued, and is for personal use only??

First aid kit is for the driver, not the passengers. H&S rules I think.
