The latest Manchester unmet demand survey from Halcrow has revealed No Significant Unmet Demand, but if it had, one would have to question this interesting little snippet;
"* the cab delay figure at the airport is based on cab delay at the rank not the feeder park. Average delay at the feeder park is 85 minutes"
Translation= We know that cabs have to wait 85 minutes at the feeder park before going to the rank but we've ignored that.
