From the people I came into contact with, most service markets are down at the moment. Pubs and clubs are in the main down on last year, so it really doesn't surprise me if Dundee slightly down as well.

I doubt your taxi trade is the only one.

Alex

Hey guest, bet you would not be   ,at my wallet, loadsa dosh,
bet you would be   ,listen Dave the man knows how to run an
office and we have all the good contracts.
Do not listen to the old women and young new operators, one cannot
change and the other have driven for a few months only.
Ask the drivers and operators that have brains, they will tell you 203020
have the best work and therefore the best loadsa money.
Wait till you see what is happening next month, and the new vehicles
that Dave and Peter are going to purchase.
Come on down and join before the list closes in the office.

Loadsa Money,
H>ENDFIELD>

Certainly perked up a bit in Dundee, although could be because of the end of month.
Loadsa dosh out there, still driving for 203020.
Cleared £250 FOR 10 HOUR SHIFT.
Not bad eh lads, although last week for 9 hour shift for friday only had £220.
Reckon at this rate can take off three weeks this year, think of going to
Barbados,with wife and kids.

Regards,
Harry (loadsa money)Enfield.

So Scot, allowing customers to decide the number of taxis in your manor, hasn't killed the taxi trade?

And allowing drivers to decide if they wish to be taxi owners, also hasn't killed your trade off?

What was it that someone said about it having nothing to do with the number of vehicles, but everything to do with the number of drivers?

Did the Bin get it right?

Here Sussex,do not listen to the postings that are winding people up,it is very tough in Dundee, although trade better this week, due to the usual
end of month Millionaires.
Still should make all vehicles WAVS and put all on an even footing, this would then see who wants to be in the taxi trade.
Service to the public would be better and stop all this bickering once and for all.

Signing off,

Wood N. Spoon.
