So a customer rings up a PH and says " I am waiting at such and such rank and there are no taxis. Can you please pick me up?"

I went out in my cab bout 2ish to c wat the story was i watched the ph pickup non-stop i got abuse from 3 of them for challenging them bout wat they doing i got told from one of them that that they cud do what they want and p**s of that was with a passenger in their cab, charming eh roll on the next strike..by the way tx-op i counted 25 cabs working not bad at all...
