Location: dundee land of many plates
dundee council have printed the minutes of the taxi liasion meeting on their site,its been recomendr the medical at 45 then every 3 years be implemented,there is also a mention of a couple of court cases regarding wether the council can force an op to put on a wav ,3 people are up at next thurs meeting for wav plates and 3 are up for ph plates but nobody is up for a badge,i wonder why?

I would agree with you Dawg but I don't think the t&g would be wasting all that money on their legal team if they thought that they might lose the case, so I honestly believe that the outcome may not be in the councils favour.

If the council loses its case then i would imagine every WAV operator would have the right to a saloon licence & every ph would also turn into a hack ! :shock:
Do you think that's the way forward ?? :roll:
