At the end of the day the best weapon any cabbie has got is his brain thinking your way clear of trouble is safer and less likely to upset plod !

thats as maybe...but a cold fell from a 12inch Draper shifter is more likely to stop a crackhead with a knife a whole lot more effeciently..

It seems this driver has had , and does have mental health issues... and has had treatment... question's will be asked.... why he was given a licence.... :oops:
