One of our ranks is particularly popular with non-taxis.

We sent a representative survey of 30 vehicles including date, time and reg no to the council.

Their response? We don't have the resources to enforce the restrictions. So, the £1800 they would have fined those 30 cars would not have been self-financing?

This month, so far, the list stands at 121!!!!! Here comes an avalanche!!!!!
