Nah seriously the two countries are far too closely linked for complete devolution to work

Anyway going back to the OP there are an awful lot of people who do that unfortunately theres always going to be the odd PH driver amongst thembut we are one of the most watched countries in the UK so theres always a good chance of there being photographic/video evidence to go with it the question is do they learn their lesson
