Well I'm going to live to be 110.

Might give myself a year or two retirement beforehand.

Damn, I missed the bit where it said small.
I would say play golf but that can be just as stressful.

One of my favorites http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywgXej7PYA0

It is only the last two years that i have not looked after myself and funny enough that is about the time i became secretary of the taxi association.I have put on three stone in that time and stopped playing golf which i played at least three times a week i do not smoke and had only started drinking again after staying of it for three years.I have also been a member of a gym on and of since i was 16 and tried a bit of body building but could never stick to a proper diet.
I have become so obsessed with trying to make our job better, in fact the only reason i joined TDO is because of all the very good info the the forum provides. That is not the reason now tho because i think i have made some Internet friends and i enjoy the banter. I only wish that i can do things in moderation but unfortunately once i get a bee in my bonnet its full on.I think its the wee man syndrome

Nigel this is my lucky seven song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tEdH0bjjR8

And once a week have a blowout where you eat anything you want, a guy I took down from 22 stone to 11 stone consumed 8,000 - 10,000 calories on his blowout day and lost more weight each week.

The human body is programmed to hoard fuel when it's been in a state of starvation for so long.

When you've been dieting for a week and it comes to the day when it's your blowout day your body see's the food and thinks, hey I'll store that because I might not get something like this again for a while. This also ramps your metabolism up so you burn more calories through the week.

The secret is to keep the body on maintenance calories when dieting then any exersise you do will put you in defecit and lose weight.
