You never know with these guys CC. That's why they're nuts.

my thoughts obviously went over your head

I dont suppose you've been to West Cumbria and spoken to the drivers there have you?

I dont believe Bird was nuts, I believe he was driven to a state of mind, temporary insanity whatever........there's also accounts of Bird committing suicide with 4 shots.

Now even accounting for checking his weapon......considering his marksmanship in the hours previous.....I'd say if the accounts are correct......then it wouldn't have taken him that may shots to kill himself.

I digress, I could be polite and say 'if your suggesting' but , you ain't suggesting, your stating Dougie is a fruit-loop.

I dont think he is, I think he's came up with an alternative formula for Edinburgh, I think you and the other carpetbaggers, which includes people who dont actually have taxi badges getting proprietors licenses, which I always thought you and jaspar disliked (but patently not), because Dougie's idea may have merits which threaten carpetbagging.

Your personal attacks on the guys mental state dont actually bear up to much.

Jaspar has a proven track record of being a wacko.

Still you know all this.

CC

Verbal dahorrea. Nothing to say? Just pad it out with nothing worth sayng.

Incredible as it may be, you don't think Bird was Nuts.

And Dougie is sane.

Well I'm sure viewers will be ble to weigh up who the real nutters are here.

As for me being wacko, no less than I would expect you to say.

But our army of wackos is growing.

PM received today no less.

Hi Jim, like the work your doing. Would just like to offer my support for what your trying to do. It takes a brave man to stand up to this self serving lot in the Taxi Trade.
Would just like to say keep up the good work. One day eh!

AN UNHAPPY SLAVE : (

Says it all.

So far, CC, you are the only person with a connection to Dougie, that thinks he's sane. I can assure you, I have yet to come across anyone who knows of Dougie and thinks the same as you. Most rational people don't even consider it a possibility, and barking mad is the consensus. You are out on your own with this one CC, but then again, you do think “rape is reasonable”, enough said I think.

You didnt actually answer the question, neither did Gary.

That aside.......you're ridiculing Dougie in a cruel way......so if he is a nut-job.....in the Birdy style......you better check under your cab before your next shift?

All Dougie appears to have done is give the idea of an alternative system that gets rid of carpetbaggers, such as you three.......ffs a license was even given to a person who has never driven a cab.

You c*nts are hypocrite's.

CC

How can you be hypocrites when we want the system opened up to anyone who's qualified to do the job?

If we had our way, there would be no carpet baggers. All would be equal. It is you and Dougie that advocate inequality, discrimination and the exploitation of drivers as casual labour.

This is your system not ours, and we are only playing by your rules.

How many capitalists know about the operaton of the businesses they invest in, or even care?

You're as nuts as the fruit loop dougie.

Moral of the story?

Never get into bed with a nutter

You better tell alistair the bit about the qualified then......rumour has it 'fido the whacky labrador' has an application in soon......as soon as his sources give him the green woof.

in dougies system there'd be no carpetbaggers either.........and a guaranteed living for those drivers who chose to invest.

Considering Cardiff, Liverpool, Sheffield etc......that beats the current system hands down.

As for playing by rules.....look at the back end of the first para

There is no doubt about it CC, Dougie is nuts. And you've encouraged his delusional tendencies with this medallion nonsense because it suites your agenda. Dougie made himself a target of ridicule, and you participated in it, birds of a feather CC ...

Really.

So tell me a good reason a driver shouldnt be allowed to buy a license from a council for £30K.........if that council in return limits the market allowing the driver a return for his investment of knowledge and cash?

In actual fact.......and I turn to the current system....but I'd like you to answer the first question obviously.

Many councils when they've deregulated......please spare me the thingy on the term delimitation.......choose to bring in what they call quality controls......this is usually a age limit on first license........whats the difference between giving GE finance £35K and a person selling a cab and plate £35K knowing the plate will still be worth money if the place is regulated.

You suggest I'm anti driver..........you're anti driver.....you want someone to gamble £35K......whereas I dont.
