OK tell me where I've got this wrong?

Carbon nreutrality is achieved by polluting here and paying someone else who can reduce their carbon output for carbon credits, thereby achieving neutrality. A balance between the two is struck.

Fine, except we pollute here and China gets lower pollution and presumably cash in the bank.

So, what's the point here? Of what benefit is this to our environment?

And how much does this cost? Do drivers really want to pay more when the inevitable hike in radio dues comes?

It may be Purnell getting the plaudits, and it may be MacAskill basking in the glory and political photo opportunity, but where's the benefit for the rest of the public?

We pollute and pay more for taxi fares as a special privilege.

Tell me where I've got this wrong.

One day you'll see past derestriction and grow a fecking brain.

Look up the word "global" in your "little boys' book of big words." When you understand it then you'll maybe, just maybe, realise that it's about the big bad world not not just your wee toon.

Asshole!!
