According to the front page of August's PHM http://www.phtm.co.uk/media/1217247526.pdf it appears sense has prevailed and PH will be congestion charge free. ImageImage

I believe a special supplement with be added soon to cater for all the unions/associations taking the credit for it. :roll: :roll:
