Have you tried the cabbage soup diet Tone. A mate of mine lost 3 1/2 stone in a month on that diet. Well he was a mate until about day 4 if you know what I mean. :wink:

Mind you I don't think you are supposed to stay on it for that long.

You lose 3 stone on that and put 7 back on when you start eating real food again.
