Sorry Sussex I cant make sence of what you are trying to say its probably gone over my head mate.

I'm not a member of this forum to make sense. :D

Basically to an unlicensed PH you must do pre-booked work, which make that unlicensed PH work.

If anyone does unlicensed path work, via the rank or the flag down, that work is unlicensed taxi work.

So likewise a PH picking up without a pre booking is also an unlicenced Hack

Indeed, a licensed PH doing unlicensed taxi work.

Aren't unlicensed vehicles just private cars and not unlicensed taxis or private hire?

That aint what he said.

If you are agreeing with him, why are you quoting some obscure law that say's different.

Unlike you to slip up old chap.

Sussex did not write that; Grandad did. Scroll up to the second from top post & you'll see that it was Grandad's question in reply to Sussex's post.

The 'obscure law' is still in force & is relevant to the thread & supports Sussex's view.

Sort out your Avatar what a great set up. Talking to yourself is the first sign you know.
But I know a great doctor who can help you.

You've received the challenge Mr A, I look forward to viewing the results after your finished ranting and raving.

As transparant as glass, polished at that. :D

I do apologise sincerely old chap I am very new at this debating lark and some times it gets a bit too complicated. Plus I'm at a disadvantage, I dont know where some of you folks are coming from. I suppose in time a will be able to recognise a PH from a HC, but it don't help having a dog barking in your ear.

Wouldn't it be nice to have the location of EVERY MEMBER on their profile filled in & VETTED, before they could register on the forum!

That way everyone would know immediately what is going on in which part of the country & not try & guess where posts are coming from & which LA they are about..

I don't hid anything from my profile & it's easy to see where you are from & that you are a Hackney.

Wouldn't it be nice if all did the same?

See if you can come up with an answer over the next week whilst I'm sunning myself in Corsica Mr Andersonshelter.

Remember my challenge, but being a keyboard hardman and a coward in reality, I guess we'll be waiting a long time.

Watch that Heart valve. :D

In case your selective memory kicks in:

Anyway MrA I have a little challenge for you, I'm sure as an ex 'pro -boxer' you'll gladly accept it.

I paid your website a visit today and I notice you film parked Minicabs from the safety of your moving Taxi from the other side of the road.

So, since you call others 'yellow' and 'spineless' I'd like to see you go up to the 'touts' and film them at work, then it will show all these (3) visitors to your site that there really is a problem, and your not just a silly old man who has a big chip on his shoulder.

I look forward to the results, I'm sure it won't be a challenge for a big brave lad like yourself.

What a nasty peace of work you are.
I told you I am not Anderson that's Thom.
He and John do the filming, not me, although John got assaulted in Kings Cross and had his camera broken. That should put a sick smile on your pathetic face. By the way they are the hard men in reality and god help you if they ever meet you.

Right now , you don't deserve this you dog
and I wont be doing it again.
This will show that before the PHV's were licensed 2001 rapes and serious sexual assaults by mini cab drivers in London were running at about 38 a year
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2001/mar/01/gender.uk1

shortly after Licensing 2005 they were running at about 10 a month. that's 120 a year, an increase of over 120%.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/4263800.stm

I haven't found the last one that shows the latest figures for 2007 but I do remember its got something to do with the TOCU squad bringing down the figures to 7 a month.
If you want to know any more stop prating a bout as someone else and use goggle Captain!
Now I think its your turn to answer That nice Mr taxiCABman or are you still answering a question with a question.

BTW what do you mean by

Is that you and your other self cause I really don't think other's, even unlicensed mini cab drivers really want to be counted as a we, in the same sentence with a dog like you!

and how many HC drivers committed such crimes? and to put it further into context what is the Ratio of HC to PH/Minicab drivers. the Crime rate per individual HC and PH may balance out to around the same. after all, figures can say whatever the publisher wants them to say.

Right so I can put you down as a Mini cab man then or PHV driver if you prefer
Get your facts right,
how many HC drivers committed such crimes?
There has only been one HC Licensed taxi driver convicted or rape since the sixties, not one a week
what is the Ratio of HC to PH/Minicab drivers
25000 Licensed Taxi Drivers- 46000 Mini Cab PHV drivers.
the Crime rate per individual HC and PH may balance out to around the same.
Keep dreaming Bloodnock.
after all, figures can say whatever the publisher wants them to say

There's not a lot you can do with 1 in forty years as apposed to 120 a year.

still just for you some figures with a massage
01134 put these into a calculator and upside down they spell Hello.
