GBC ,you are mixing me up with someone else again.
Dont know anything about pensioners clubs,I am to young.
Not bothered by tax investigations,thanks.
I come from a long line of accountant`s,so if the LTDA (members only) tax investigation service lets you down, let me know, I will give you the number of a good accountant.
Sorry about the grammer,it`s hard enough trying to get the spelling right, without worrying about everything else.
Funny,You dont seem to be this bothered about spelling or grammer on the other forums you subscribe to.Any particular reason?

I thought you claimed to be a member of the LCDC (you know the one with the warring executive)?

That makes you a member of the pensioners club.

Who's at the helm this month? :D

Thanks for the offer, but like yours, my accountant knows his arse from his elbow.

Are you following me then?

I suspect throughout the world there's more than me who uses the initials of 'GBC', not every 'GBC' is GBC.

there may be more than one GBC but what are the chances of them living in the same area as you,and having a great affinity for minicabs and scotland?
And having the same opinions as you.millions to one I would think.

I recieved mine, it does not worry me as I am paying tax anyway. We had the social security people come in my office last year and there were 6 drivers signing on!, they were told to sign off and that would be the end of it.
How the drivers thought they could get away with it, I do not know.

Funny that, Licensed taxi drivers who sign on and work lose their bill's.

Perhaps this is why the system is in dire need of a shake up! If they were caught signing on and working then they should have been prosecuted!

As an employer, isn't there any way of being able to check if a potential or new employee is signing on or indeed for that matter when you employ someone shouldn't you be in contact with your accountant and be giving him NI numbers etc ?
