Skull.. you really must live in another world.. you seem to be continuously at war.... with everybody and everything.... you really don't seem to be a happy chappie.

now then... you can show how clever you are... explain to me what a policy is.. How a council adopts a policy.. and what happens to council employees that do not abide by the adopted policy... and then explain to me the procedures needed to unadopt or even change the said adopted policy.... I am keeping this simple for you... we will not go into policies that are interlinked with policies....

Let's instead keep it simple.

Why don't you just tell us all whay it's right to perpetuate your illusion of being a businessman by bending over forward and taking it up the choccy?

Why don't you explain to those who think you represent them that you're putting their livelihoods at risk so that your cosy council relationship is ok?

Odious bar steward that you are T boneless.

Skull can I ask you for your opinion of section 52 and if you could change something about it what would it be and how would you go about it?

Also whilst I'm asking can I have your opinion of the Equalities Act (well the bit referring to Taxis/PH) and again if you could change anything within it what would that be and how would you go about that?

It'd be nice if Skull could answer these for me

Tell us all what is equal about some people being granted a taxi operator's licence, to create and support a cartel, whilst others are denied?

You can buy an operator's licence today if you wanted one and at a reasonable price.

I think you'll find I asked skull a legitimate question and I look forward to an answer that isn't filled with questions. In reply to you my answer is nothing

You really are a sad twisted individual..you would risk bankrupting every taxi owner in Edinburgh just to get your own way.. and then become indignant about the livelihoods of the people I represent.... but the thing that really gets to you... is that nobody wants you to represent them.... and when they did.... they binned you.... .... but the truth of the matter is that we need people like you.... you make the rest of us seem quite sane... you make our job a great deal easier.....

Well it's reasonable now, compared to 3 years ago, when it was about £50k. I'm sure you could negotiate a plate now for about £30k. Trainer has got about 40 for sale and is not taking any more on. Might just buy in myself..............
