I would imagine the local Merc dealers would be well pleased to take over the business.

You know what thought done

We have known that Merc has made them all along and they are not van conversions.
The factory in Spain has been closed down for the time being due to the global recession, all those who have bought one will be able to get any warranty work done at the local Merc dealer, and all those who have put down a deposit will receive there cabs

Only on the cabs, this was developed by Merc so they could get a foot hold in London and end LTIs monopoly.
They got the idea from a conversion company, but the only way to get into London was develop the rear steer system
due to the cost of developing this system the conversion company let them go ahead as long as they had some input in the rest of the cab

Thats not exactly an answer, is the rear wheel steering made and fitted by mercedes benz and is it a warrenty item any mercedes dealer will be willing to repair?

Also, can you tell me the benefit of a £36,000 mercedes against a £26K TX4 (apart from the now fixed fire problem).

When KPM launched the Merc, they had already set up EcoCity Vehicles.

http://www.ecocityvehicles.com/

They are listed on the AIM.

KPM/EcoCity are nothing to do with LTI.
