I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to tell you that night shifts aren't good for you. I think the worst shifts are the ones that they chop and change around.

Having done 7 years on nights and now trying to get into a day shift system is really quite difficult especially as I'm still on nights at weekends :?

I could not put my details in,i now it is just a bit of fun but could not pluck up the courage up to try it.That's scarier than the car ad :oops:
