Apparently. the driver of the BMW was attempting suicide, why not pick a wall instead of innocent members of the public going about their day ? The police had received several calls regarding the erratic driving and high speed antics of the BMW. prior to this tragic loss of life.

and he wont be charged with murder, maybe manslaughter, maybe causing death by reckless driving, or more likely unfit to stand trial/mental health act...

I think it should be murder i witnessed the BMW before the crash and even then i said to my self he is going to kill someone.Also the police had been alerted to bmw but could not find it before the crash.

I don't think he was attempting anything, just being a cock in his flash car, now there's a death involved he's looking for a sympathy vote in time for the court hearing, I could be wrong, but if I had a nice new BMW I'd think my world was collapsing as well, and whoever heard of a suicide merchant wearing a seat belt, and he must've had one on to have escaped with minor injuries.
